Transport and shipment costs
From an order value of EURO 250,00, we deliver free of charge within Germany with forwarder DHL.
Otherwise we charge you a small fee of EURO 8,00 for delivery.
Standard of freight charges for foreign countries, please have a look on our transport costs.
Return and exchange
Should the buyer withdraw from the contract unjustifiably or should he/she refuse to fulfil the contract of sale or accept the delivery without being entitled to do so, he/she shall pay compensation in the amount of 10% of the contract value. However, the buyer can provide proof that the resulting damage to the seller is less than the lump sum.
The buyer shall inform the seller in writing of defects of the delivered merchandise, which are apparent, within a period of 14 days, for otherwise his/her warranty claims shall expire.
Retention of title
The merchandise shall be delivered under the retention of title. It shall remain our property until it has been paid for in full.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes resulting from this contract shall be Haidmühle provided that the buyer is a merchant in terms of § 38 Civil Process Order (German: ZPO).
