We choose this shipping option by default when placing your order. Please calculate a few working days for your order to arrive, depending your specific location

DHL Express

DHL Express is available almost worldwide. Some countries are served exclusively with DHL Express.

Please be assured that we do select the best way to deliver your order at any time

Shipping Cost

We ship orders to germany from 150€ free, for EU countries from 500€.

Exact shipping cost are calculated in the shopping cart, after you have entered the shipping address.

Cost can be recalculated after partial return.

Please note, that outside European Union, custom duties may apply and are borne by the buyer.

Fast Delivery

We usually dispatch items on stock on the same or the next business day.

Differing Shipping Address

You have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address in order to have your order delivered to the address of your choice.

It's even easier with your personal account, in which you can easily save several addresses of your choice.

Returns

Within 14 days after receipt of goods, you are offered to return the goods without reason. Please contact us, we will issue a return label.

Please note, that this service is not available in all countries and regions.

Furthermore, bedding items are hygienic products. Returns can only be accepted if the merchandize is unused and in original packing.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
