FAQ


From a product list, you can navigate to the product detail page by clicking on "View Variants." There, you can make your selection, for example, choosing the size or other specifications. Afterwards, you can add the selected item to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart."

The side shopping cart allows you to adjust the quantity using the "+" and "–" buttons or remove the item from the cart by clicking the "X" located at the top right of the item. The same editing options are also available in a different layout on the shopping cart page, which you can access by clicking "View Cart." There, you can also enter any applicable discount codes.

By clicking "Proceed to Checkout," you enter the checkout process.If you already have a customer account, please log in via "Already a customer? Click here to log in." If this is your first order, please enter your contact details and delivery information. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated based on this information.

You have the option to choose "Do not create a customer account." Internally, your data will still be stored to complete the order process and comply with legal requirements. You will simply not receive automatic access to a customer account. You can create your personal account later by activating it through the "Forgot password" function.

By clicking "Continue," you will proceed to the payment section, where you can select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions. By clicking "Place order with obligation to pay," you submit your binding order to us, and we will ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing all relevant information about your purchase. You can refer to the order number included in this email whenever you contact us regarding your order.

If there was an issue with the payment, we will also send you an email with this information and options for how to proceed.

If you do not receive this email within 2 hours, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If in doubt, please contact us.

Credit Card

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard through the payment service provider Stripe. The 3D Secure process may be used. We always adhere to the highest security standards to ensure your data is protected.

Apple Pay

Conveniently use Express Checkout with Apple Pay. This creates a customer account, which you can access later by using the "Forgotten Password" function.

PayPal

Conveniently via Express Checkout or as a regular payment method. Purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, depending on your personal PayPal settings. Please see a separate section for more information.

Prepayment

By bank transfer. You will receive the account details after your purchase. This payment method may take a few days.

As soon as we receive your order, we will do everything possible to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes cannot be made online after the order has been placed.

For any changes, please contact our support team.

However, certain situations may not allow changes even through this channel. In such cases, the only option is to cancel the order before shipment and place a new one.

For security reasons, we cannot change delivery addresses, as most payment providers prohibit this.

If, for any reason, you initiate a chargeback of a credit card payment or open a PayPal buyer protection case, the process is as follows:

The payment service provider will review whether the reasons presented justify a chargeback. This review is not a legal assessment but a consideration on behalf of the payment service provider. Any decision has no legal relevance.

Should the payment service provider decide to initiate the chargeback, our claim against you will be reinstated. In addition, costs will be incurred, which will be added to the outstanding balance. A legal assessment of the matter will be conducted independently and is based on our general terms and conditions, which you agreed to when making a purchase.

To avoid unnecessary costs and effort, we recommend not using this option.

Customs duties and fees may apply to orders with a delivery address outside the European Union. These fees depend on the destination country.

We will provide you with all the documents you need for customs clearance.

Any costs, duties, and fees incurred will be borne by the recipient through a separate procedure.

Current restrictions and measures require all shipments to be sent via DHL Express.

Customs and duties are charged upon import and are borne by the buyer. The prices we display are net prices and do not include VAT.

Delays may also occur. We regret this situation and are doing our best to make shopping into USA as smooth as possible.

Depending on the region, different shipping options are available. If your desired shipping method is not available in your area, it means that the carrier does not offer this option, or based on our experience, we have chosen not to use this method.

We ship free of charge to Germany for orders over €150, and to the European Union for orders over €500.
The exact shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart after you enter your delivery address.
Partial returns may incur shipping charges.
Customs and import duties may apply outside the European Union; these are borne by the buyer.

If your shipment shows visible damage upon receipt, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, please document the damage in words and pictures and contact us. 

Please note that the delivery service has a grace period of seven days. 

If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us.

Some shipping companies offer the option of delivering your shipment without your presence. They may leave the shipment in a public space.

By doing so, you enter into an agreement with the shipping company, subject to the shipping company's terms and conditions.

Please note: The risk of loss or damage is transferred to you! 

The burden of proof is also reversed; shipping companies generally disclaim all liability for this.

We have no influence over this procedure and cannot exclude this option. We recommend that you do not choose this option.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the option to return the goods without giving any reason and thus withdraw from the purchase.

This period begins on the day on which you, or a third party authorized by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

We will provide you with a return label upon request. Please contact us for details. 

This option is only available within the European Union. 

For returns from countries outside the European Union, please return the goods to us postage paid and insured. It helps us if you provide us with tracking information.

Our bedding is considered a hygiene product, which is why we place particular emphasis on cleanliness and integrity. For this reason, returns can only be accepted if the products are in their original packaging and unused.

You have the right to receive a new and unused product. This not only protects the health and safety of all customers but also helps maintain hygiene standards.

By only accepting returns of products in their original packaging and unused, we avoid unnecessary waste and conserve valuable resources. In this way, we are making a joint contribution to protecting the environment. Thank you for your understanding!

Products that we manufacture for you according to your individual specifications are non-returnable. 

These may be customized products, but they may also be special sizes that we only manufacture for you upon request. You can identify such products by the note that they are made to order on the item details page next to the delivery time.

We will cover the return shipping costs for regions where we can provide you with a return label. These are generally countries within the European Union. 

In other countries, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. Please note that taxes, duties, and fees may apply, which are the buyer's responsibility. To keep these costs to a minimum, please contact us in advance so we can assist you with the correct registration.

Once we receive the goods, we will inspect the return. For unused, original-packaged goods, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. 

Shipping costs and export expenses that cannot be reversed are non-refundable.

For refunds, we will use the same payment method as used during purchase.

Usually, the procedure for checks and refund takes approximately 2 weeks after receipt of the goods.

Shall you wish a different size, differing from the size you ordered and received, the way of standard return is most efficient.

A direct exchange is not possible.

There are exceptions: We purchase some products, such as down detergent, and clearly mark this with the item.

When using natural raw materials such as cotton or natural hair, differences in size can also occur. Furthermore, the three-dimensional shape of our products makes size measurements more difficult. Nevertheless, we believe that the absolute size is not the main criterion, but rather the interaction with you, your body, and, last but not least, your bedding.

Perpetual shrinkage in cotton

Our fabrics are generally pre-shrunk. And although the shrinkage behavior of cotton is asymptotic, it never completely stops. We are aware that the associated bedding is washed much more often and is therefore subject to further shrinkage, and therefore we determine the sizes of our products so that they will fit together with your bedding over its lifetime.

Measurement method for determining the size of down duvets

According to the EN standard, one end of the side to be measured is firmly anchored, and a force of 10 N is applied to the other end to stretch it. Then the measurement is taken. The construction of the blanket creates a three-dimensional shape, depending on the amount of filling. We manufacture our products as precisely as possible, but never smaller.

We intentionally refrain from specifying the fill quantity for our feather and down-filled products.

What determines your good night's sleep is not how many grams of fill are inside, but the quality of the product. Whether it's the supportiveness of pillows, which ensures your spine is properly aligned, or the thermal insulation of duvets, which gives you a cozy, warm feeling.

The interplay of fill quantity, fill power, purity, and several other factors forms the basis for great products. This is our expertise, and we are honored to create the best for you.

This is how you can recognize important data from our product labels:

  • Product
  • Description of the product
  • Red Product number: Clear identification of the product. With this information, you can reorder the same product at any time.
  • Blue Sales Order: This allows us to trace back if the product was produced specifically for a sales order. If there is a number here, not "0", the product is individually manufactured and cannot be exchanged.
  • Green Production Order: This allows us to trace without any doubt when, by whom, and with which components and raw materials the product was manufactured.

Principles for long-living products

We process natural raw materials such as feathers and down from ducks and geese, cotton, and natural hair from yaks, camels, cashmere goats, and oak silkworms. These raw materials require special care to retain their wonderful properties for the long term, which is why we use them as raw materials. Improper care can have negative effects. In the interest of your right to great products and sustainability, we ask you to follow the following care instructions.

In general, we recommend washing all products as gently as possible. Every washing process places high demands on the materials. The more careful the cleaning, the longer the products will retain their shape.

For washing your down duvets, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure that the down duvet fits easily into the washing drum
  • Use approx. 40ml of down liquid detergent without bleach or chlorides. Strong fat-dissolving properties are also not desired. Do not use fabric softeners, fragrances or other additives.
  • If possible, choose a down program on your washing machine. Alternatively, a gentle program with the following settings:
    • Washing temperature: 30-60°C
    • Washing time: 60 minutes
    • Washing speed: 40 rpm
    • Spin speed: < 900 rpm
  • Immediately after the washing program is finished, put the duvet in the dryer with the following settings. The use of a dryer is mandatory.
    • Drying temperature: 40°C
    • Drying time: 2-3 hours
    • Dry speed: as low as possible
  • Make sure that the duvet is completely dry and that there is no moisture left inside. Otherwise, repeat the drying process. The drying process is crucial for the filling power of the filling.

For washing your down down pillows, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure that the down pillows fit easily into the washing drum.
  • Use approx. 40ml of down liquid detergent without bleach or chlorides. Strong fat-dissolving properties are also not desired. Do not use fabric softeners, fragrances or other additives.
  • If possible, choose a down program on your washing machine. Alternatively, a gentle program with the following settings:
    • Washing temperature: 30-60°C
    • Washing time: 60 minutes
    • Washing speed: 40 rpm
    • Spin speed: < 900 rpm

  • Immediately after the washing program is finished, put the pillows in the dryer with the following settings. The use of a dryer with tumbler is mandatory.
    • Drying temperature: 40°C
    • Drying time: 2-3 hours
    • Dry speed: as low as possible
  • Make sure that the pillows are completely dry and that there is no moisture left inside. Otherwise, repeat the drying process. The drying process is crucial for the filling power of the filling. Especially for 3-Chamber-Pillows a repeated and prolonged drying process might be nessecary.

Imprima and Microloft products are filled with synthetic fibres and are characterised by particularly good washability.

Please proceed as follows:

  • Make sure that the products fit easily into the washing drum.
  • Use approx. 40ml of down liquid detergent without bleach or chlorides. Strong fat-dissolving properties are also not desired. Do not use fabric softeners, fragrances or other additives.
  • If possible, choose a down program on your washing machine. Alternatively, a gentle program with the following settings:
    • Washing temperature: 30-60°C, up to 95°C possible, not recommended permanently
    • Washing time: 60 minutes
    • Washing speed: 40 rpm
    • Spin speed: < 900 rpm
  • Immediately after the washing program is finished, put the products in the dryer with the following settings. The use of a dryer is mandatory.
    • Drying temperature: 40°C, as cool as possible
    • Drying time: 2-3 hours
    • Dry speed: as low as possible
  • Make sure that the products are completely dry and that there is no moisture left inside. Otherwise, repeat the drying process. The drying process is crucial for the filling power of the filling.

Unfortunately, some of our products cannot be washed or cleaned due to the materials used. These include: 

  • Aromatherapy pillows
  • Horsehair pillows
  • Pillows with spelt chaff, cherry stones, or other similar fillings

If you plan to store your down products for an extended period, we recommend cleaning them beforehand. They should be stored in a dust-free, yet breathable manner—ideally using the shipping bags we use for our products. The storage location should also be dark and dry.
