Prepayment

Once, the check-out process is completed, you will receive an email with all relevant data for payment.

After receiving the full invoice amount on our bank account, we will dispatch your shipment.

Returns

On your request, we will provide a return label. Please pack the products and dispatch them in your nearest DHL shop.

Please note, that acceptable are only goods that are unused, unwashed and in original protection.

It may take 2 weeks until we have fully processed and returned your payment.

Free returns are only available within EU countries.

Please note, that in Non-EU-countries it may happen that customs duties apply and once paid duties cannot be recovered.

Deliveries outside European Union

For deliveries to countries, that are not part of the European Union, charges for import, VAT and/or custom duties may apply. This is beyond our control. Usually, they are charged by the shipping company directly to you at the time of delivery.

Tracking Number

Usually after dispatch of your goods, you will receive a mail from DHL in which you are informed about Tracking and delivery options. Also you will receive an email from us with your delivery note. Both shall contain your Tracking Number.

It may take some time, until the Tracking Number is valid.

Please note, that there are some constellations of delivery country and shipping method, where no Tracking is available.

Shall you have any suspicion, your delivery might not be on track, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Time

In average we ship orders in 0.75 days. That means most of all orders within the same day.

However, it can happen that some items are currently out of stock, or the orders exceed the quantity on stock. As we are manufacturer, we are urgently restocking and taking care of your valued order. Please allow us some time for that.

In regards of our environment, we avoid splitting orders. So your order will be on hold, until all items are available.
